There are many ways to support Street Kids of Rwanda, and we are grateful of help in all areas, though the list below highlights some of our more pressing needs:

1. Electricity is needed for the new boy's dormitory. At present, the children use a few candles throughout the night, which can prove very dangerous if they are not careful.

2. The organization still does not have running water on site. The children are encouraged to catch water in buckets, otherwise they have to carry it in.

3. There is a limited number of mattresses. Three (and sometimes four) children share each mattress, which is uncomfortable.

4. There are no mosquito nets on site. They are needed to prevent malaria, especially in the rainy season.

5. School fees (or child sponsorship) are greatly needed, especially for those in secondary schools.

6. Scholastic materials (notebooks, textbooks, pencils and charts) are also needed.

7. Clothes are desired for the young children.
